About

Woliver is built on the scales of both the deeply personal and the unimaginably vast. Based in Boise, Idaho, Woliver is the creative project of artist and engineer Jason Chacon — a cinematic rock sound that serves as a bridge between the intimate human experience and the scale of the natural world.

Through the expansive vocabulary of melody, Woliver is possessed by moments of awe — by what makes a person stop and pay attention. The natural sciences are a frequent muse; so are human connections, open landscapes, small beautiful things, and quiet losses.

The 2026 debut begins with "Wild," an intimate and powerful love song — capturing the silver glow of a quiet dusk and the rush of a life-altering connection. It is also a thematic bridge to Woliver's larger undertaking: The Earth Project — a planned 103-song cycle told by Earth in Her own words, tracing the history of our planet from its explosive origins to possible futures.

For Woliver, music is a tool to provoke thought and inspire wonder. Whether exploring the chemical bonds of life or the emotional bonds of a relationship, the mission remains the same: to make the listener feel the gravity and the glory of being alive.
